How do I return my order?

Our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase at Embrace. If you order from the website you have a right to regret your purchase within 30 days from receiving the product.

If you want to exchange or return, please contact our customer support team info@embracejeans.com with information about your order and that you wish to return/exchange your product(s).

Please note if you are using our return label, we will charge 9 EUR when refunding you. If you make an exchange there is no charge.

How do I exchange my order

We have free exchange, so if you make an exchange there is no charge. If you want to exchange please contact our customer support team info@embracejeans.com with information about your order and model and size you want to exchange.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We are currently shipping to more than 100 international countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and many others.

We also ship to the 50 United States, U.S. territories. If you are interested in placing an order and we do not currently ship to your country, please contact our customer service team here to suggest your country.
